Vestasia is an independent investment banking firm that (1)provides financial advice on significant mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructuring, listing on European stock exchanges and similar corporate finance and strategic matters, and (2) introduce to our clients and provide them access to private equity funds pre-listing.
We act for clients located throughout China from our office based in Shenzhen. We provide a broad range of advisory services to Chinese clients in relation to mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, corporate finance and strategic matters centering on listing and financing. Our focus is on providing high-quality advice to senior executive management and boards of directors of small and medium companies in transactions that typically are of the highest strategic and financial importance to those companies.
