We also manage an investment fund focusing on pre-IPO investments by leveraging our relationships with existing and potential clients.
Our fund management activities complement our advisory activities by:
- enabling us to become a lead investor along with other private equity funds;
- bringing more clients for advisory business;
- providing additional exist for investment – Chinese stock market
The Investment strategies for the fund are:
- Investing in projects which are expected to be listing in Chinese domestic or international capital market in 18 months;
- Investment scale is €300,000 - €500,000
- Target projects:
Net profit: ≥ 3 million €
Annual growth: ≥30%
Net profit margin: ≥18%
ROE (Return on Equity): ≥20% | |
