Tingting WU President |
| Tingting Wu, aged 36, President and Chair of the Board of the Company. Ms. Wu was one of the founders of the Company, and has years’experiences in investment banking, international mergers and acquisitions, equity/debt financing with Banque Société Générale and China High Tech funds. She provided financial services to enterprises of areas of bio-technology, digital technology/products, telecommunications, environmental protection and manufacturing and advisory services of disposition of non-performing assets and asset securitization to 75 financial institutions.

Rolland LONG Executive Director |
| Rolland Long, aged 45, Executive Director and Vice President of the Company. Mr. Long has gained extensive business experiences in both China and Canada. He has been active in international financing, merger and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring since 1999. Mr Long has also been founder and chief executive of several foreign investment corporations set up in China with international investment in the high-tech and information technology, and education industries.

Glenn I. Henricksen Jr. CFO |
Before coming to Vestasia as CFO, he was a consultant with the Hong Kong based CIF Consultants and was the partner in charge of building CIF's Asian business since 2001. Specializes in risk management and financial strategy for financial institutions in Asia and Glenn and CIF have been advisors for Vestasia for several years.
Additionally, Glenn also served as CFO for NASDAQ listed Sino Fibre Communications during its development phase. Previously, Glenn was responsible for developing and building the African Development Bank's fixed rate bond investment business and designed and implemented treasury investment and risk management tools in the company's offices in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, Africa.
He also spent three years with investment dealer Bear Stearns where he was responsible for risk management in Asia during the Asian financial crisis in the late 1990's. Prior to that Mr.Henricksen was a principal with BlackRock Financial Management (1992- 1997), where he was the portfolio manager responsible for the firm's US$10 billion in corporate bond investments. Mr. Henricksen also worked in the investment department of New York Life where he was portfolio manager responsible for a wide variety of investments including asset-backed,high-grade corporates, high-yield, mortgages, CMO's and private placements. He started New York Life's first emerging markets investment unit where he undertook initial sector research,was granted investment authority, hired staff and managed the portfolios.

Fengwei ZHANG Project Manager |
| Fengwei Zhang, aged 30, Project Manager, Investment Banking. Ms Zhang’s part in the Company involves providing diversified corporate advisories to our clients and coodinate and manage the partnership amongst we and other parties . Ms Zhang achieved her MS. in University of Portsmouth, UK. She is a CFA; who’s already participated the company migration from GEM to Main Board in HKSE and involved in merger between two HK listed companies prior to joining in the Company.
