Tingting WU President |
| Tingting Wu, aged 36, President and Chair of the Board of the Company. Ms. Wu was one of the founders of the Company, and has years’experiences in investment banking, international mergers and acquisitions, equity/debt financing with Banque Société Générale and China High Tech funds. She provided financial services to enterprises of areas of bio-technology, digital technology/products, telecommunications, environmental protection and manufacturing and advisory services of disposition of non-performing assets and asset securitization to 75 financial institutions.

Rolland LONG Executive Director |
| Rolland Long, aged 45, Executive Director and Vice President of the Company. Mr. Long has gained extensive business experiences in both China and Canada. He has been active in international financing, merger and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring since 1999. Mr Long has also been founder and chief executive of several foreign investment corporations set up in China with international investment in the high-tech and information technology, and education industries.

Zhiwei YUAN Director |
| Zhiwei Yuan, 50, director of the Company. Mr Yuan is also the founder and has been the chairman and chief executive of Guizhou Real Estate Development Ltd since its foundation in 1993. He is also the chairman of Guizhou Real Estate Business Association.

Jianying CHEN Director |
| Jianying Chen, director of the Company. Mr Chen is currently the Director General of Administration of the China Development Bank, one of the top senior officers of the state policy bank. Previously he was director of the credit management bureau of CDB and before that the head of CDB’s Urumqi branch.

Qun HU Director |
| Qun Hu, 55, director of the Company. Mr Hu is a solicitor and barrister licensed in Ontario, Canada. He has been involved in the financing of high tech companies in Canada and China since the late 1990s. He was the vice president and legal counsel of China Broadband Networks and Canada Big Sky Networks. Since 2003, he has been the chairman and chief executive of Colour Tech group of companies, a foreign investment company focused in printer related consumables.
